These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your visit to our spa located at 5045 Wullbrandt Way, Carpinteria, CA 93013, your use of our website at themassagepleasure.com, and any communications between you and our staff. By visiting our spa or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Garden Spa Massage offers professional Swedish, Deep Tissue, full Body Massage, and Relaxation Massage services in a clean, private setting. All services are performed by trained, experienced massage therapists. Service durations are typically 30 minutes or 60 minutes, with pricing displayed clearly on our website and in our spa.
2. Walk-In Policy and Wait Times
Garden Spa Massage operates as a walk-in spa. No appointment is required, and we do not currently maintain a reservation system. Service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis during business hours (9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, seven days a week). Wait times vary based on demand. 3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Because we operate as a walk-in business, there is no cancellation policy or fee. If you arrive and decide not to stay, you owe nothing. If you call ahead and let us know you are coming, we appreciate the heads-up but it is not required.
4. Payment
Payment is collected at the conclusion of your service. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tipping is appreciated but never required. The standard tip in California is 15-20% of the service total, but you are free to tip whatever amount feels appropriate.
5. Health and Safety Disclosure
For your safety, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your session begins. Massage may not be suitable for everyone, and certain conditions may be contraindicated for certain types of massage. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking massage services.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, examination, or treatment. We do not provide medical advice, and any information shared on our website or in our spa is for informational purposes only.
6. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
Garden Spa Massage maintains a professional, respectful environment for all guests and therapists. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any guest who behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or who requests services outside the scope of professional massage therapy. Any inappropriate request will result in immediate termination of the session and being asked to leave the premises.
7. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Garden Spa Massage and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or our website. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
